Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was hesitant to use Thumbtack again because my treadmill actually stopped working after I previously hired someone through the app to move it. I decided to give it another chance and hired Anthony from Novo Gym Repair to diagnose the issue, and I’m really glad I did.

Anthony was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took his time inspecting the treadmill instead of rushing through the appointment, and he explained what he was checking and what he found along the way. He was able to figure out that several wires had been cut during the move, which was ultimately what caused the treadmill to stop working.

I really appreciated how thorough and transparent he was, especially after having such a frustrating experience getting to the bottom of the issue. It gave me a lot of confidence that the problem was finally diagnosed correctly. Once the replacement wires are obtained, I’ll definitely be hiring Anthony and Novo Gym Repair again to complete the repair. Highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm so glad I found Novo Gym Repair. I have a LifeCycle recumbent bike that was making crazy sounds. I knew I needed a service but I've had people in the past quote crazy prices and try to upsell me to a new bike. Not this time. He knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it, cleaned the bike up, and chargedme exactly what he quoted when I first called. No expensive new parts needed. Just a basic service. Cool guy too.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Anthony was great. He was communicative, showed up on time, and worked efficiently. I found a concept2 rower on the street and called novo gym repair to repair it and get it in working order and Anthony did just that! He also helped with a wobbly echo bike arm while he was here. Highly recommend and will be using novo gym repair again in the future for any repairs or maintenance I need!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Anthony showed up on time and expertly set up our new Bowflex elliptical trainer. He knows this equipment inside and out. He was efficient and friendly, cleaned up the packing material, and even took a look at our old machine—all at a very fair price. This was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!! 👍🏻👍🏻
